The role You'll work directly with founders, customers and engineers to improve every stage of the customer journey.
One day you'll be onboarding a new customer. The next you'll be analysing campaign performance, improving an AI workflow or helping shape a new product feature.
You'll own outcomes, identify opportunities to improve, and help build repeatable processes that scale.
What you'll do Customer Success • Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal
- Become the primary contact for your accounts
- Lead regular customer reviews and recommend next steps
- Help customers achieve measurable results using Zorro
- GTM Operations • Build and refine target audiences
- Plan and optimise outbound campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with founders to improve messaging and commercial strategy
- Support new customer onboarding and implementation
- Product & AI • Capture customer feedback and work with engineers to improve the platform
- Improve internal workflows through automation
- Use AI to increase quality, efficiency and consistency
- Help define future product capabilities based on customer needs
What we're looking for • Experience in Customer Success, Rev Ops, GTM Operations, Growth or Account Management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong commercial thinking and communication skills
- Comfortable analysing data and making recommendations
- Experience with outbound platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo or Hub Spot is an advantage
- Curious about AI and modern go to market strategies
- Nice to have • Experience working with Saa S or fintech products
- Experience with workflow automation
- SQL or Python
- Familiarity with UK B2B data
