Technical Lead – Integration Team Join a fast-growing HR SaaS company as a Technical Lead for their Integration team with Client Facing experience, leading/mentoring technical teams and API development & integrations experience (C#, .NET, SQL Server). Their cutting-edge HRIS platform streamlines everything from recruitment, onboarding to payroll and performance management. With 25% growth last year, they are expanding their team. As an Integrations Technical Lead / Senior Integration Engineer you will lead the small engineering team that delivers bespoke third-party integrations for their HR and Payroll Customers. Offering consultative guidance, and mentoring/leading junior team members. In this Customer-Facing role you will help customers understand and scope their requirements, coach and support software engineers through the design, development and testing of robust and maintainable solutions and oversee the technical strategy for integrations. Location: Remote-first but UK-based for essential company events. Travel to London or Glasgow will be required on a quarterly basis for team meetings, with satellite events every 6 months for whole-company meetings. Salary: £60,000 To £70,000 (Based on Experience) plus Benefits including 28 days holiday + bank holidays, WFH budget, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Regular social events Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with external clients and third-party providers to design tailored technical solutions * Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using AWS and .NET * Partner with the Technical Project Manager to ensure on-time project delivery * Mentor and provide constructive feedback to the software engineers through pairing and code reviews * Troubleshoot complex integration issues across systems and environments * Create and maintain AWS Cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code principles * Contribute to shaping the technical strategy and improving engineering practices Experience Required * 4+ years’ experience in API development and integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) * Development experience in .NET (C#) and cloud platforms * 2+ years’ experience leading and/or mentoring technical teams * 2+ years’ experience working in a client-facing role (Consultancy, SaaS or Software Provider) * A natural problem solver, always seeking the best solutions for clients * Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences * Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring and sharing knowledge * Adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and evolving priorities.
