You’ll work on distributed systems processing thousands of transactions daily, build resilient services that handle people’s money, and create experiences that simplify complex financial products.
Responsibilities
- Write and ship code multiple times a week, focusing on shipping great products rather than line count.
- Build and maintain distributed systems at scale, ensuring proven scalability and reliability.
- Practice test‑driven or behaviour‑driven development to maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Operate comfortably in a fast‑moving environment, embracing uncertainty and rapid change.
- Practice collaborative problem solving and operational ownership, not just feature delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience building large‑scale distributed software systems.
- Proficiency in test‑driven development practices.
- Comfortable operating under uncertainty and rapid change.

Work Environment
