Our analysts are a mix of creative problem solvers and number whizzes with a passion for translating numbers into business opportunities and delivering insights to drive decision-making. They are excellent communicators with the ability to story-tell with data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. Our analysts are deeply embedded into the business and will interact with individuals at all levels of the business from Managers to our leadership team. We are currently looking for Product Analysts and Senior Product Analysts to join our Fraud, Payments, Wealth and Operations product tribes.
Responsibilities
- Your role is to be the key person generating the insight that helps us to make data-driven decisions to improve our product.
- Generate key insight from our vast data warehouse and help our product managers drive product development.
- Pair with product managers to design and implement A:B tests in live customer journeys.
- Model and forecast the impact of changes that you are driving.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, software engineers, designers and credit analysts to get to the best solution.
- Take on ownership of analytical projects and identifying new and exciting opportunities through analysis.
- Monitor key metrics to understand how the product is performing and regularly present this to product managers and senior stakeholders.
About you
- You have some experience in a data-led, fast paced environment (e.g. consulting, banking, start-up).
- You’re analytical and have excellent attention to detail.
- You have a quantitative background, and you are a natural at turning data into insight to make decisions.
- You have strong experience using SQL and bonus points for some Python.
- You have some experience in using Tableau or other BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI).
- You can communicate your insights succinctly, stick to key results and influence upwards, downwards and sideways.
- You treat others with respect but you’re not afraid to challenge them sensitively.
- You’re a self-starter. You know when to ask for support and you’re not shy about doing so but you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- You’re always on the lookout for new learning opportunities and strive to be on the cutting edge.
- You are used to working in cross-functional teams with many skillsets coming together to make amazing products.
