Задачи:
- Analyse enrichment data using Python and SQL to identify, quantify, and build evidence around problems worth fixing
- Surface product opportunities by identifying patterns, recurring failure modes, and signals for new capabilities
- Determine how proposed solutions should behave in practice, including required inputs, limitations, and accuracy, cost, and coverage trade-offs
- Build test harnesses to test hypotheses against data before engineering resources are committed
- Design and run evaluations, including LLM-as-judge approaches, to assess improvements and identify new problems
- Turn findings into clear recommendations on what to build, why it matters, and how success should be measured
- Keep up with AI and data quality tooling developments and assess which techniques are worth experimenting with for transaction enrichment
- Work with the Product Manager and Engineering to incorporate findings into the roadmap and translate them into changes
Требования:
- Comfortable writing SQL and/or Python, or willing to learn Python using modern AI-assisted tooling
- Some experience with LLM APIs, including calling them, prompting them, structuring outputs, and understanding their limitations
- Able to form hypotheses, design experiments that could disprove them, and interpret results sceptically
- Curious about imperfect systems and motivated to understand and improve why they fail
- Focused on outcomes for customers and the business
- Able to scope ambiguous problems, prioritise tests, and judge when a solution is good enough
- Able to explain findings and their implications to engineers, PMs, and non-technical stakeholders
- 1–3 Years in an analytical or technical role

- Hybrid role with 2–3 days per week at the London office
