The valuations team plays a critical role in shaping lending strategy and supporting growth across the bank. The models and frameworks built by the team underpin key business decisions across multiple lending products.
A Day In The Life
- Lead the strategic direction for valuations modelling across the business
- Oversee development of account‑level NPV models across multiple lending products
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and data scientists
- Partner with stakeholders across analytics, credit strategy, finance, product and risk
- Improve and simplify existing valuation frameworks where appropriate
- Drive the evolution of the bank’s valuations capability and roadmap
- Champion technical best practice across Python‑based modelling workflows
- Support strategic projects including new product launches and portfolio activity
About You
- You have solid experience leading valuations within retail lending
- You've managed and developed high‑performing teams
- You're comfortable working with Python‑based modelling environments
- You have deep experience with valuation and NPV modelling
- You're a strong stakeholder manager who can influence senior audiences
- You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
- You're comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with high impact
- You have strong analytical and commercial judgement

Benefits & Working Arrangements
We value flexible ways of working. This hybrid role requires a presence in our London office 2‑3 days a week. You'll also have the option of working from abroad for up to 120 days a year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.
