A Day in the Life
- Support Product, Engineering and other stakeholders with analysis to inform product decisions.
- Work with existing metrics and improve measurement of product performance.
- Analyse datasets to identify trends and highlight areas for further investigation.
- Break down problems into clear analytical approaches, with guidance where needed.
- Support design and analysis of experiments to test product changes.
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance and enable decision-making.
- Deliver deep-dives and ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions.
- Communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Contribute to analytical projects, taking ownership of defined work.
About You
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI; Python is a bonus.
- Experience working in a data-led environment such as fintech, banking, consulting or a high-growth start-up.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insight.
- Able to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willing to ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
- Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role. You will work from our London office 2–3 days a week, with the option to work from abroad for up to 120 days per year, provided you have the right to work in the country of choice.
