The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 Β£ per year.
You'll write, improve and optimise web content across the Zopa website, including landing pages, homepage content, support pages and acquisition journeys.
You'll partner with SEO and GEO specialists to improve visibility across search engines and large language models.
You'll use GA4, Hotjar, Apps Flyer and BI dashboards to identify opportunities and improve page performance.
You'll create and optimise landing pages for both organic and paid traffic.
You'll brief design and creative teams on new CMS modules, imagery and content structures.
You'll audit and improve existing website content, identifying opportunities to simplify, consolidate or optimise.
You'll work closely with product, engineering, product marketing, design and brand teams to improve web-to-app journeys and customer conversion.
You'll contribute ideas for testing and optimisation based on user behaviour and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, improve and optimise web content across the website.
- Partner with SEO and GEO specialists to enhance search engine visibility.
- Analyze GA4, Hotjar, Apps Flyer and BI dashboards to identify performance opportunities.
- Create and optimise landing pages for organic and paid traffic.
- Brief design and creative teams on CMS modules, imagery and content structures.
- Audit and improve existing website content, simplifying and consolidating as needed.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and design to improve web-to-app journeys and conversion.
- Propose testing and optimisation ideas based on user behaviour and performance insights.
Qualifications
- Excellent writer and editor with strong editorial judgement and a portfolio of high-performing web content.
- Hands-on experience using GA4 and behavioural analytics tools such as Hotjar.
- Experience with SEO principles and excited by AI-driven discovery and GEO.
- Strong data-driven decision making skills.
- Experience in B2C environments, ideally high-consideration service businesses.
- Focus on outcomes and performance rather than outputs alone.
- Confident working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing and design teams.
- Comfortable challenging briefs and functioning in fast-moving environments.
- Senior IC role with high autonomy.
- Work Arrangements
This hybrid role requires presence in our London office 2-3 days a week, with the option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year.
