Zopa’s analytics function is central to how the business makes decisions, solves problems and grows. This role sits at the heart of that, helping us attract and hire the people who will shape the future of analytics at Zopa. You’ll take primary ownership of our Analytics Graduate Programme hiring, running two cohort intakes each year from attraction through to offer, while also supporting experienced analytics hiring across the business outside of peak graduate cycles. This is an opportunity for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll get the chance to shape how early careers hiring works in analytics at Zopa, improve the way we assess talent, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. It’s a role with plenty of scope, visibility and variety, combining high volume programme delivery with more specialist hiring.

A day in the life

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Analytics Graduate Programme across two annual cohorts, balancing timelines, volume and quality.
  • Design and run attraction activity across universities, events and digital channels to reach diverse analytics talent.
  • Build and continuously improve assessment processes, including testing, case studies and structured interviews.
  • Partner with Analytics leaders to define hiring needs, align on quality and support offer decisions.
  • Represent Zopa at campus events as an engaging ambassador for our brand and culture.
  • Track funnel performance, using data to make the process sharper, fairer and more scalable.
  • Support experienced analytics hiring outside graduate cycles (e.g. data science, credit strategy, BI).
  • Source and engage passive candidates, manage candidate experience and keep stakeholders aligned throughout.

About you

  • Experience running graduate or early careers hiring programmes, across both attraction and assessment.
  • Comfortable owning end-to-end hiring, not just coordinating parts of the process.
  • Able to manage high volumes without compromising on quality or candidate experience.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Confident working with stakeholders and able to challenge constructively.
  • Data-led in decision making, using insight to improve outcomes.
  • Adaptable and calm under changing priorities, able to pivot quickly.
  • Proactive and curious, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Open to a hybrid role spanning graduate and experienced analytics hiring.

Added bonus for

  • Experience hiring for analytics, data science or other technical roles.
  • A strong approach to sourcing, with a good understanding of the analytics talent market.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Some exposure to employer branding, campus engagement or university partnerships.
  • An interest in improving hiring processes using data and insights.
