About You
- You’re an experienced Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking and exceptional interaction design.
- You’ve led or managed designers before and enjoy helping others grow through coaching, feedback and mentoring.
- You’re as comfortable defining strategy as you are crafting polished user experiences yourself.
- You have experience designing native mobile products, ideally within fintech, banking or another complex consumer product environment.
- You care deeply about designing for customers in real‑world situations and naturally consider accessibility, inclusion and Consumer Duty in your work.
- You know when to push for the best solution and when to make pragmatic decisions to deliver value quickly.
- You’re an excellent collaborator who builds strong relationships across Product, Engineering and Research.
