- Oversee development of account-level NPV models across multiple lending products
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and data scientists
- Partner with stakeholders across analytics, credit strategy, finance, product and risk
- Improve and simplify existing valuation frameworks where appropriate
- Drive the evolution of the bank's valuations capability and roadmap
- Champion technical best practice across Python-based modelling workflows
- Support strategic projects including new product launches and portfolio activity
