Zopa Bank Limited is seeking a Lead Product Designer for the Spend pod to drive the design strategy and deliver customer-centric experiences. You will lead a small team, stay hands-on on high-impact work, and partner with product, engineering and research to shape the Spend roadmap from early discovery through delivery.
You will mentor designers, champion accessibility and design systems, and collaborate across Savings, Borrowing and Platform to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience.
