The valuations team plays a critical role in shaping lending strategy and supporting growth across the bank. The models and frameworks built by the team underpin key business decisions across multiple lending products. This is an opportunity to lead and evolve the future of valuations at the bank.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction for valuations modelling across the business
- Oversee development of account‑level NPV models across multiple lending products
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and data scientists
- Partner with stakeholders across analytics, credit strategy, finance, product and risk
- Improve and simplify existing valuation frameworks where appropriate
- Drive the evolution of the bank's valuations capability and roadmap
- Champion technical best practice across Python‑based modelling workflows
- Support strategic projects including new product launches and portfolio activity
Qualifications
- Solid experience leading valuations within retail lending
- Managed and developed high‑performing teams
- Comfortable working with Python‑based modelling environments
- Deep experience with valuation and NPV modelling
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to influence senior audiences
- Combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with high impact

Work Arrangements
This hybrid role requires you to come to our London office 2‑3 days a week. You also have the option of working from abroad for up to 120 days a year.
