About the role
Help us ship three premium TikTok/Reel clips every work-day. You’ll turn raw iPhone footage into scroll-stopping videos that convert—captions, trending sounds, motion text.
Responsibilities
- Edit ≈90 short-form videos/month (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Add dynamic captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Keep our asset library tidy (raws, exports, project files).
- Collaborate daily with Head of Social on creative tweaks.
- Track performance in TikTok analytics; iterate next edits.
You bring
- Portfolio showing strong TikTok/Reel edits.
- Fluent written & spoken English for on-screen text.
- Eye for pacing, sound selection, viral hooks.
- Same-day turnaround mindset.
- Motion-graphics a plus.
Compensation: £600/month stipend (≈10–15 h/wk). £25 bonus for any video that tops 250k views. Path to full-time Video Editor (£28–32k) for high performers.
