We are looking for a Tracking Expert at Zooplus to join our Marketing team. As a domain expert in marketing, web tracking, data analytics and with tag manager know-how, you will join our marketing team in Munich and you will be one of the key players in our data driven marketing team.
Responsibilities- You will own tracking of various marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and onsite) for zooplus domains.
- You will configure, monitor and debug our Google Analytics GA4 implementation across 20+ countries.
- You will create and implement tracking plans to capture relevant user behavior data (new events, new parameters) for Google Analytics 4, in coordination with our Product team.
- You will perform regular data quality checks to ensure that tracking is working properly.
- You will query GA4 data in BigQuery and analyse it via reporting tools (e.g. Tableau).
- You will coordinate projects across product, marketing and analytics team, manage stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback.
- You will partner with stakeholders to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, blockers and ensure the execution of a well-coordinated project plan.
- You will become the main point of contact for any tracking-related questions from the marketing department.
- You have successfully completed studies in engineering, data analytics, business, mathematics, statistics or a related course.
- You have 3+ years of professional experience with Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus), Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery.
- You have experience with cookie consent management.
- You are excellent at identifying patterns and outliers in the data and generate insights from it.
- You have experience with Adobe Analytics platform (Big Plus).
- You have experience with app tracking and MMPs such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava etc (Big plus).
- You have a good knowledge of paid advertising and have already implemented tracking snippets for Google and Meta (others are plus).
- You have advanced knowledge in definition, roll-out and implementation of tracking concepts across multiple platforms (web/app).
- You have a high affinity towards e-commerce.
- You have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- You are a team player who loves to collaborate and work with stakeholders from different backgrounds in an international environment.
- You are business fluent in English.
