Job Description
- Client Management
- Support the maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with partner brands.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned partner accounts, ensuring timely responses and high service levels.
- Assist in understanding partner objectives and help translate them into data-driven media plans.
- Prepare materials for and participate in strategic meetings with partners and internal teams.
- Media Planning and Campaign Management
- Execute co-branded media strategies that align with both brand and partner objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns.
- Draft and manage media and creative briefs based on partner requirements.
- Monitor daily media performance, using data literacy to identify optimization opportunities against partner KPIs.
- Track campaign delivery to ensure all projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
- Apply best practices for co-branded activities, from audience selection to basic measurement.
- Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with internal media teams and partner brand counterparts.
- Work closely with the Lead Media Account Manager to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams (CRM, Onsite, Creative) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Assist in the liaison between co-marketing, vendor management, and online marketing teams.
- Communication and Reporting
- Compile campaign performance data and assist in presenting ROI analysis to partner brands.
- Provide data-backed insights for campaign optimizations.
- Execute the Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) process, identifying key learnings to improve future performance.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in an account management or media planning role, preferably at a media agency or an e-commerce/retail media environment.
- Solid understanding of the media landscape, including both digital and traditional channels.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with measurement frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, basic attribution, and ROI tracking).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
