Support the Social Media Teamlead in creating, planning, and managing zooplus' social media strategy across all channels, including content creation and campaign execution. Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy, including identifying opportunities, managing campaigns, and nurturing long-term relationships with key influencers. Monitor social media trends and technical developments to maintain zooplus' industry-leading position in online marketing through innovative storytelling and content. Create engaging social media content that reflects business goals, working closely with Content Marketing, Campaign Management, Vendor Management, and Own Brands teams. Generate monthly reports on social media and influencer marketing performance, monitor KPIs, and track brand reputation across all channels. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology across all countries, while actively steering Own Brand/Supplier bookings. Drive team competence in Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok to develop and improve channel strategies.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in Social Media or Online/Influencer Marketing, including TikTok/Tiktok Shop
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related fields
- Strong sense for Social Media & Influencer Content, Online Storytelling, and analytical skills
- Proven experience creating engaging content for various social media platforms
- Proficient in social media platforms and multi-social posting programs
- Native English speaker, with strong understanding of local culture
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
