We are seeking a Senior App Growth Marketing Manager to drive our app's growth across multiple channels in a dynamic matrix organization. This role focuses on strategic coordination rather than direct execution, emphasizing cross-functional leadership, data-driven strategies for User Acquisition, Retention, and Monetization, plus ownership of key frameworks and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate app growth across channels (e.g., Paid, Organic) owned by marketing teams; provide horizontal leadership without direct authority in matrix structures.
- Single Point of Contact between Business and Product: Collect and prioritize requests for product development.
- Own measurement reporting frameworks, including full ownership of MMP tool AppsFlyer with data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI tracking (e.g., CAC, LTV, Retention).
- Build App Center of Excellence to develop expertise in functional areas for executing the Growth Plan.
- Manage full App Marketing Promo Budgets; lead commercial plan for UA, Retention/Engagement, and Web2App Migration.
Qualifications
- Several years in Growth Marketing roles, ideally in E-Commerce/Apps, with proven success in performance optimization, cross-functional coordination, and tools like AppsFlyer.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured working to align teams, prioritize initiatives, and drive growth in complex environments—no need to be a technical app development expert.
- Strategic, hands-on mindset with passion for scalable growth; fluent English, German a plus.
