As the Product Marketing Manager for Homeowner & Moving Services at Zoopla, you will sit within the Marketing team and be dedicated to maximizing consumer engagement and value for homeowners, driving them towards high-value actions like using our "Find and compare agent" service and leveraging our integrated Moving Services ecosystem. You will be both embedded in the cross functional product and marketing team for Homeowner & Moving Services, whilst being one of the marketing managers in the marketing team.

Your core purpose is two-fold: to represent the marketing function, strategy, and capability in Product meetings, and to strategically manage coordinated marketing activities (CRM, Content, Organic Performance, Performance, etc.) that influence the homeowner's journey from initial valuation tracking, to agent instruction, and finally to the adoption of associated moving services (e.g., mortgage, conveyancing, removals). Your ultimate goal is to optimize the consumer path to maximise high-value seller and moving services leads delivered to our estate agent customers and service partners.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
  • Homeowner Marketing Strategy & Representation
  • Lifecycle Mapping & Strategy: Define, map, and own the consumer journey from a homeowner's initial interaction (claiming a home) through to the final instruction of an agent and the subsequent use of Zoopla's moving services.
  • Marketing-Product Liaison: Act as the dedicated Marketing representative in product development and roadmap meetings for the homeowner/vendor and moving services areas, ensuring marketing requirements, capabilities, and dependencies are clearly understood and integrated early.
  • Value Messaging: Develop and cascade compelling, consumer-centric messaging that articulates the holistic value of Zoopla's tools and the Moving Services ecosystem to drive high-value homeowner action.
  • Cross-Channel Project Management & Execution
    • Integrated Campaign Management: Serve as the marketing lead for all marketing strands impacting the full journey, coordinating and aligning efforts across CRM/ECRM, Content, and Performance Marketing.
    • Conversion Optimisation & Hand-offs: Work with data and product teams to identify and execute on opportunities to improve core marketing KPIs.
    • Launch Readiness: Ensure all marketing touchpoints and channels are prepared and aligned to deliver a successful Go-To-Market (GTM) for any new feature release.
  • Performance & Retention Focus
    • KPI Ownership & Reporting: Own the marketing-related performance metrics for the homeowner and moving services areas, including weekly/monthly reporting on core KPIs.
    • Insight Translation: Continuously analyze the performance of marketing activities and translate these findings into actionable insights.
    • Competitive Marketing Landscape: Monitor competitor marketing tactics and consumer messaging to identify opportunities for Zoopla to gain an edge.

    Core Competencies for Success:
    • Proven experience in a B2C Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing role, with a clear focus on the consumer journey.
    • Demonstrated expertise in project managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Highly analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
    • Strong experience working as a dedicated marketing representative with Product and Technology teams.
    • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with a track record of driving results without direct line management authority.
    • A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating impactful consumer experiences.
