Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the data relationship with business stakeholders (with support from the rest of the Analytics team), bridging commercial and product discussions.
- Reporting on our baseline performance and trends. Keeping our finger on the pulse.
- Driving us towards a self-serve first culture.
- Reporting on complex experimentation.
- Close analyst-stakeholder relationships are the most crucial component of a well-functioning data team. Stakeholders should consider you part of their team.
- Varied work across data disciplines, e.g. data product design, data modelling, analytical deep-dives, contributing to data science, AI and machine learning projects.

Technical Skills:
Essential:
- Proficient in SQL with a proven track record of handling complex data queries and manipulation.
- Demonstrable experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools, including the ability to create insightful and user-friendly dashboards and reports.
- Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) or similar data transformation technologies, with a keen understanding of data modelling and ETL processes.
Desirable:
- A background in statistics and/or programming, with the ability to apply statistical methods and algorithms to extract insights from data, especially surrounding experimentation.
- Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, preferably in Python, R, or another programming language, enabling the development and implementation of predictive models and data-driven solutions.
