We\’re seeking a B2B CRM Manager with technical CRM experience to lead our CRM strategy across the estate agent lifecycle. Reporting into the CRM Lead at Zoopla, you will be pivotal in building, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, retention, and upsell opportunities across our Estate Agents and New Home Developer database.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy & Execution Develop and own the B2B CRM strategy, focusing on audience creation and advanced segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalisation, and re-engagement journeys.
- Technical skills Iterable or similar ESP (Advantageous): Strong knowledge of data feeds, journey building, custom events, API integrations, and dynamic content blocks. Must be confident in setting up rules-based dynamic fields within emails and landing pages. Building personalised journeys using custom variables and user attributes. Linking behavioral data (clicks, page views, feature usage) to dynamic messaging.
- Campaign Management Creating net new multi-touch campaigns across email, SMS, and Whatsapp, aligned to business goals such as onboarding, upsell, retention, and acquiring new business.
- Testing & Optimisation Develop structured testing plans (A/B, multivariate) to continually optimise messaging, frequency, timing, and creative.
- Reporting & Analysis Analyse campaign performance (Google Analytics, Tableau), deliver actionable insights, and report regularly to key stakeholders. Use data to drive decisions and shape future campaigns.
- Commercial Alignment Partner closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure campaigns align to the wider business strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a senior CRM or Lifecycle Marketing role
- Experience with Iterable and Salesforce a strong plus
- Solid understanding of segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing
- Technical mindset with essential ability to work with data, automation tools, code and scripting (HTML experience desired)
- Demonstrable experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong reporting skills
- Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams
- Commercially minded – able to identify and drive upsell opportunities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
