As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in our cross-functional Agile team, working alongside Product, Design, and Engineering to create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, you will work on the development and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to improve processes, enhance user experience, and drive automation.

Responsibilities

  • Customisation & Coding - Develop and maintain both declarative and programmatic solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex.
  • Integration Projects - Work on complex integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services.
  • Collaboration - Partner closely with Designers and Product Managers to translate user insights and business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement improvements to optimise system performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven Salesforce Expertise - Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I qualifications (Platform Developer II is a plus) would be preferable but demonstrable real world experience will also be considered.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CPQ and/or OmniStudio.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), including lifecycle hooks, LDS, and complex form handling.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of external integrations (e.g. connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • You enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues from across all areas of the organisation, and seek to understand how your work aligns with business goals.
  • You’re accountable for performance, playing your part in achieving team goals and ensuring your contribution positively impacts overall success.
  • You’re commercially driven, resilient, and able to respond to changes without missing a beat.
  • Innovative Mindset - Interest in exploring AI and automation technologies to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
  • Experience with AI models within Salesforce or other platforms.
  • Experience leveraging SFDX / SF (v2) CLI
  • Experience leveraging GIT as a source repo for Salesforce metadata
