Sales Administrator – New & Used Vehicles

Location: Loughborough

Our client is a premium main dealer group based in Leicestershire, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator with motor trade experience to join our dynamic team at their Loughborough dealership.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in a sales administration role within a main dealership. Candidates with prior experience in high-volume environments and proficiency in Kerridge , Pinewood/Pinnacle , and Microsoft Office is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Support the sales team by ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Order new vehicles with the correct specifications.
  • Handle invoicing for new and used vehicles.
  • Maintain up-to-date vehicle stock and funding records.
  • Process dealer transfers, vehicle registrations, and tax systems (including AFRL).
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting.
  • Monitor vehicle deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with orders.
  • Liaise with internal teams to address stock, customer, and account discrepancies.
  • Audit deal files and escalate discrepancies to relevant departments.
  • Keep registration lists up to date and ensure timely vehicle adoption and payments.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Be highly organised, flexible, and capable of managing a busy workload.
  • Demonstrate excellent computer proficiency and customer service skills (both written and verbal).
  • Possess prior experience in a vehicle sales administration role within a main dealership.
