What you\’ll do as our new Test Analyst
You\’ll help our clients understand how their software performs – not just whether it works. You\’ll look at things from the user\’s point of view, spot what others might miss, and provide insights that genuinely improve digital experiences.
- Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to understand what success looks like for their product.
- Create clear, effective test plans that align with project goals and timelines.
- Execute manual and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and desktop environments.
- Log and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps, ensuring issues are clearly documented and reproducible.
- Work within Agile sprints, contributing to stand‑ups, retros, and planning sessions.
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to developers, designers, and PMs – you\’re not just finding bugs, you\’re improving outcomes.
- Share testing progress through daily or weekly reports, and flag risks early to keep everyone aligned.
- Support junior testers by reviewing test cases, pairing up on exploratory sessions, and helping them grow their confidence and skills.
- Keep up with the latest tools and approaches – whether that\’s investing time in automation, exploring load testing, or improving your test documentation.
Every project is different. One week you might be testing a high‑traffic e‑commerce site, the next, a public‑sector service that helps citizens access vital information. Either way, you\’ll be helping build better digital experiences.
