The Role
- On-site LEV servicing and repair: Visiting customer sites, come rain or shine, using a Zoomo supplied vehicle to perform routine maintenance and repairs to our customers' LEVs.
- Customer Focus: Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers, including B2B clients, by answering questions and offering expert advice.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of Zoomo's e-bike fleet.
- Leadership and Coaching: Help guide and develop the mechanic team by sharing your knowledge and fostering a positive work environment.
- Typically working Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) but this may include weekend days as necessary.
Requirements
- Has extensive experience repairing e-bikes; any experience fixing e-cargo bikes, mopeds, and automobiles is a bonus.
- Strong Workshop Practices: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Strong problem-solving approach and ability to learn on the job to repair a wide range of LEVs.
- Works well independently and can be trusted to uphold Zoomo’s values and standards whilst on customer sites.
- Maintains meticulous attention to detail and prioritizes high-quality work.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Cytech Level 2 bicycle mechanics training or equivalent would be ideal but not essential.
- To be able to work as part of a team, collaborating with the Zoomo teams worldwide.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a driving license and/or valid CBT.
