THE ROLE We\’re a fast-growing last-mile delivery startup looking for a highly motivated Mechanic to keep our fleet and our courier partners rolling. Competitive pay, an awesome team, and the chance to shape the future of urban transport. What You\’ll Do: Maintain and repair our fleet of e-bikes, e-mopeds, and e-cargo bikes. Provide top-notch customer service to our courier partners. Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose problems efficiently. Ensure all repairs meet our high standards of quality. Contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment. What You\’ll Bring: Proven experience as a bike mechanic, preferably with e-bikes. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A passion for e-mobility and sustainability. A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality. Requirements E-Mobility Enthusiast (e-bikes, e-mopeds, e-cargo bikes!) Proven bike mechanic skills (e-bike experience a plus!) Top-notch diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Meticulous attention to detail & quality Customer-centric mindset & great communication Adaptable, organised, and a team player (flexible hours) E-bike specific knowledge (batteries, drive systems) Industry certifications (Cytech, etc.) Multilingual a bonus Physical: Able to lift/manoeuvre e-bikes & stand for extended periods.
