THE ROLE We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented City Operations Manager to lead our Manchester and Edinburgh operations. This is a critical leadership role within our rapidly growing business, requiring a dynamic and adaptable individual with a proven track record of success in managing complex operations. The City Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the hubs, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
