Job Responsibilities

  • After-Sales Service Management: Responsible for the after-sales service of mobile crane equipment, performing tasks such as fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance according to established procedures to ensure equipment operates reliably and to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Regional Technical Support: Respond promptly to customer technical support requests, coordinate resources to resolve equipment issues, and ensure that customer operations remain unaffected.
  • Regional Operations Coordination: Maintain customer relationships within the region, manage spare parts inventory and allocation, and reasonably supervise team activities to ensure smooth and efficient after-sales operations.
  • Sales Support Collaboration: Participate in the sales of spare parts and complete machines by understanding customer needs and pain points, providing professional solutions to help drive sales growth.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Efficiently execute tasks assigned by management and support business development as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary vocational school degree or above in a relevant field, demonstrating strong learning ability and solid foundational knowledge.
  • Maintenance Experience: Relevant experience in crane maintenance, with a solid understanding of equipment structure and principles, and the ability to handle common faults.
