Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, after-sales service, and repair work for telehandlers.
- Collaborate with dealers on daily maintenance and technical support activities.
- Carry out proactive rectifications based on improvement suggestions from product lines; conduct troubleshooting and collect technical information on faulty equipment.
- Inspect incoming equipment and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular customer visits and perform equipment inspections.
- Ensure timely supply of spare parts, meet parts sales targets, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Carry out repairs on machinery and its components.
- Understand and resolve technical issues through proper analysis, assessment, and diagnosis.
- Maintain cleanliness, environmental, health, and safety standards within the scope of responsibility, whether working individually or as part of a team.
- Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry quality standards.
- Strengthen problem-solving skills through on-the-job training.
- Submit service reports on time.
- Work collaboratively with Chinese engineers and sales representatives to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical repair, maintenance, or service; candidates with experience in repairing aerial work platforms from companies such as JCB or Manitou (or their dealers) are preferred.
- English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel; self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
