Key Responsibilities
- Visit end customers (contractors, quarries, infrastructure companies, rental houses) and earthmoving equipment dealers; establish, maintain and update customer files in the database system.
- Responsible for public relationship development, build and keep reliable relationships with key stakeholders in the earthmoving sector.
- Identify business opportunities for excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, motor graders and other earthmoving machinery; follow up orders from lead to closing.
- Collect project information (road construction, mining, real estate development) and promote earthmoving equipment sales; analyze competitor activities in the local earthmoving market.
- Jointly develop sales plans and implementation plans for the earthmoving product line; achieve sales targets.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for large earthmoving projects to ensure regional business objectives are met.
- Support financing solutions and collection work for earthmoving equipment transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Familiar with the local construction equipment market; earthmoving machinery knowledge is essential (experience with excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, graders, etc.).
- Candidates with a proven track record in selling or supporting earthmoving equipment will be strongly preferred.
- Diploma and Bachelor Degree or above in marketing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, international business, English or other related fields.
- Experience in coordinating with rental companies and leasing firms is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
- Valid driving license (required).
