Responsible for the after-sales service of mobile crane equipment, performing tasks such as fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance according to established procedures to ensure equipment operates reliably and to enhance customer satisfaction.

Respond promptly to customer technical support requests, coordinate resources to resolve equipment issues, and ensure that customer operations remain unaffected.

Maintain customer relationships within the region, manage spare parts inventory and allocation, and reasonably supervise team activities to ensure smooth and efficient after-sales operations.

Participate in the sales of spare parts and complete machines by understanding customer needs and pain points, providing professional solutions to help drive sales growth.

Efficiently execute tasks assigned by management and support business development as required.

Requirements

  • Secondary vocational school degree or above in a relevant field, demonstrating strong learning ability and solid foundational knowledge.
  • Relevant experience in crane maintenance, with a solid understanding of equipment structure and principles, and the ability to handle common faults.
  • Proficient in mechanical principles and skilled in repairing hydraulic and electrical systems, with the ability to accurately diagnose and resolve faults.
  • Hardworking and resilient, willing to undertake long-term business travel in the assigned country, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
