We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team and take on the exciting challenge of upselling and retaining a portfolio of Mid‑Market accounts (companies with 100–1,000 employees). If you’re motivated by driving growth, exceeding targets, and contributing to a high‑performing team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of roughly 100 existing customer accounts, with a strong focus on retention and growth.
- Use referrals and existing relationships to uncover new opportunities within our valued client base.
- Deliver engaging online product demos that educate, inspire, and convert.
- Build accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce and Clari.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team to progress and close deals over the phone.
- Identify the right stakeholders within existing clients by understanding which verticals we serve and how we deliver quick ROI to their peers.
- Apply creativity and strategic thinking to expand multithreaded relationships within departments, and identify new opportunities across the wider customer organisation.
- Be thoroughly prepared for all client interactions – well‑researched, professional, and personable.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in a closing role, with consistent quota attainment.
- The ability to deliver a compelling message that resonates at all levels.
- Experience in both transactional and solution‑led selling, with confidence across the full sales cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organisational abilities.
- High energy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong qualification skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Self‑motivation and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Familiarity with the business intelligence market is an advantage.
- Sales and lead development training is preferred.
