We are currently seeking a number of GPs to join our team and cover key salaried shifts, with additional opportunities to work within our corporate clinic network delivering private GP assessments onsite. This role is primarily based onsite at our clinic in Queen’s Park, London (NW6), where you will work closely with our clinical and operational teams. There are also opportunities for remote work during evenings and weekends, offering flexibility alongside core in-clinic responsibilities. Your role is pivotal in delivering accurate, compliant, and high-quality medical documentation across a wide range of patient needs.

Working within a forward-thinking, tech-enabled clinical team, you’ll contribute to a service that prioritises accessibility, speed, and patient satisfaction - without compromising on clinical integrity.

  • Weekday evenings: 6:00pm – 9:00pm (remote options available)
  • Weekends: 9:00am – 9:00pm (flexible, with remote options)

Shift patterns may evolve in line with service demand.

What you will deliver in the first 6-12 months:

  • Assess patient requests and issue medical letters and certificates with accuracy and clinical confidence
  • Apply evidence-based decision-making to determine fitness for work, travel, or other requirements
  • Ensure all documentation meets legal, ethical, and professional standards
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients through both digital and telemedicine consultations
  • Support continuity of care by advising when GP follow-up or further assessment is required
  • Collaborate with the wider clinical and operational teams to optimise service delivery
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of guidelines relevant to medical certification and remote care
  • Champion a patient-first approach, balancing efficiency with safety and empathy

  • Strong background in general practice or urgent care
  • Confident in remote online consultations
  • Experience or interest in private GP services or corporate health is advantageous
  • Excellent clinical judgement, particularly in risk assessment and certification decisions
  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine and high clinical standards
  • Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-centred approach
  • Dedication to continuous professional development

Hiring Process: Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and respectful of your time. It includes:
