As a Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will acquire new partners (health and fitness facilities) and play a key role in driving our growth. - Pipeline Management: You manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
- Strategy Development: You develop and implement strategies to grow partnerships with UK fitness operators.
- Public Speaking: You represent the business confidently on panels, webinars and seminars.
- Event Participation: You participate in and lead events to support lead generation and increase brand awareness.
- Sales Presentations: You prepare and deliver tailored pitches to senior decision‑makers at target operators.
- Collaboration: You collaborate with EGYM Technology colleagues on joint deals that combine the EGYM Wellpass/Hussle marketplace with our smart gym equipment solutions.

- Sales Meetings: You aimed to conduct around 5 or more new client meetings per week to actively build and grow your pipeline.
- Close Sales: You consistently won enough deals to achieve your on‑target earnings.
