We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered more than one billion rides in cities around the world. Lime is hiring a 6 month Fixed Term Delivery Community Consultant to join our Commercial Delivery team! In this role, you will report into the Vertical Lead. Commercial Delivery is an early‑stage Lime product for LEV couriers using Lime’s shared fleet. Following strong traction in our London pilot, we are looking for a hands‑on lead to be the face of the program on the ground. You will drive local growth and community health by turning market feedback into product reality.

As we grow our category leadership, we are transitioning to a more structured, high‑performing organization and need someone who thrives in this evolution. The ideal candidate has experience scaling teams, products, or processes in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and can balance execution with strategy. This is a hybrid position that combines remote and onsite work. The incumbent will be required to be onsite in London to engage with customers and partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and onboard courier customers in the London market to drive pilot growth.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with ghost kitchens and other local partners.
- Identify and evaluate promising locations for battery swap stations to support fleet efficiency.
- Support customers with day‑to‑day issues in‑market and provide active moderation in community WhatsApp groups.
- Gather structured feedback from the pilot and translate it into clear product and business recommendations.
- Act as the ‘eyes and ears’ on the ground for customer sentiment, adoption barriers, and pain points.
- Own the local community health and customer success lifecycle within the London market.
About You:
- Deeply involved and active within the delivery or courier community.
- Proven ability to build relationships with local business owners and partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to represent Lime’s brand in the field.
- Analytical mindset capable of turning qualitative feedback into structured reports.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.
- Must be based in London and available for frequent local travel.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in local market operations or growth.
- Familiarity with the London courier and food delivery landscape.
- Experience with community management via digital channels (WhatsApp, etc.).
