As a Zoom Virtual Agent Sales Specialist, you will be driving sales and revenue growth through Zoom's virtual agent solution across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be to grow awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) among current Zoom customers. You will be a market evangelist within Zoom sales teams, Zoom partners, existing Zoom customers, and customer prospects. You will help customers re-imagine their customer and employee experiences, building on the global Zoom infrastructure to enhance customer and employee journeys through AI, providing personalized, prescriptive, and proactive experiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead conversations around Conversational AI and chatbot CX in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer journey.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in virtual agent technologies, chatbot platforms, or conversational AI applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
