We are seeking a talented Zoom Phone Specialist with deep specialized experience in UCaaS /Telephony. You will have an in-depth knowledge of the Phone industry and UC market, and extensive experience in onboarding and leading partners specializing in UC/Zoom Phone sales. The role will execute on the identification, recruitment, onboarding, and nurturing of UC/Zoom Phone partners to enhance sales revenue by building relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes.
  • Present and demo Zoom Phone to customers, partners and teams.
  • Act as the “trusted” advisor for the partners you support for Zoom Phone.
  • Execute sales training and provide marketing support.
  • Track sales pipeline, bookings against quota and attainment thereof.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in channel partner management.
  • Direct Cloud PBX / UCaaS product selling experience.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the competitor market.
  • Detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, self-motivated and coachable.
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, online demos, and adopting a measured sales process.
