About The Team
At Workvivo, we’re transforming how companies connect with their people. Our platform brings internal comms, employee engagement, and community into one seamless experience employees actually want to use. You’ll be joining a small but mighty Product Marketing team that thrives on big ideas, fast execution, and real impact. We work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to make sure our story is sharp, our message is clear, and our customers feel the difference. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes gig. It’s a high-impact, highownership opportunity in a fast-moving team where ideas become reality.
Responsibilities
- Creating sales tools that people actually use—think smart decks, punchy battle cards, and training that sticks.
- Developing product messaging that’s clear, compelling, and gives buyers that “aha!” moment.
- Launching products like a pro—owning the go-to-market motion from kickoff to confetti.
- Analyzing competitors and market trends so we’re always one step ahead (and sounding like it)
- Owning customer communications—from roadmap updates to in-app announcements that users look forward to.
- Building an internal comms engine that keeps everyone at Workvivo in the loop and fired up.
- Writing and update web and campaign content that turns interest into action—and clicks into customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Bring 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (bonus points if it’s in a high-growth environment)
- Create enablement content that helps Sales close faster and smarter.
- Dig into data and insights to shape strategy, not just PowerPoints.
- Understand technical products deeply and make them sound simple (but not too simple).
- Collaborate across functions and geographies without breaking a sweat.
- Thrive in fast-paced, sometimes-scrappy environments where “figure it out” is part of the fun
- Obsess over the customer experience and know how to turn feedback into fuel.
