About the Team
The Global Employment Law team delivers support across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. Our team collaborates globally to balance compliance with business needs. We enable Zoom's people-first culture while managing risk effectively.
Responsibilities
- Advising on employment law matters across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, including employee relations, terminations, and disputes.
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop compliant policies, processes, and training programs.
- Managing employment litigation strategy and coordinating with external counsel on complex matters.
- Supporting cross-border projects including reorganizations, M&A transactions, and Works Council engagements.
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across Legal, People Experience, and business teams.
- Stay up to date, and advise as needed, on legal developments across EMEA and APAC.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrate expertise in international employment law in EMEA.
- Willingness to learn and grow into supporting APAC jurisdictions.
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and commercially aligned advice.
