Zoom is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive customer success through our strategic partners. You’ll ensure partners help customers realize maximum value from Zoom, fueling adoption, retention, and growth. You’ll equip them with the tools, training, and insights needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.

Responsibilities
- Driving partner onboarding and success planning to ensure effective adoption and renewal outcomes.
- Enabling partners to increase adoption, engagement, and long-term customer value.
- Collaborating with partner and internal teams to reduce risk and churn.
- Collaborating with partner teams to develop and execute scalable customer retention and growth strategies.
- Identifying expansion opportunities within partner-managed customer portfolios.
- Aligning cross-functionally to deliver consistent, scalable customer experiences.
