About the Team

Our International GTM Enablement team drives sales excellence across regions. We collaborate closely with revenue leaders and operations partners. Our team exists to accelerate growth through effective enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering enablement programs that enhance prospecting and conversion effectiveness across EMEA.
  • Translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for sales leaders.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to align enablement materials with current messaging and processes.
  • Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities for revenue teams.
  • Maintaining and improving enablement tools, documentation, and performance reporting systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrate experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or sales analysis within technology or SaaS environments.
  • Use CRM and data visualisation tools to interpret trends and inform enablement actions.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to align enablement priorities.
  • Deliver and support training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Apply knowledge of enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic or WorkRamp.
  • Bring experience from sales development or inside sales roles.
  • Possess understanding of lead lifecycle management and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
