Our International GTM Enablement team drives sales excellence across regions. We collaborate closely with revenue leaders and operations partners. Our team exists to accelerate growth through effective enablement.
Responsibilities- Designing and delivering enablement programs that enhance prospecting and conversion effectiveness across EMEA.
- Translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for sales leaders.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align enablement materials with current messaging and processes.
- Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities for revenue teams.
- Maintaining and improving enablement tools, documentation, and performance reporting systems.
- Demonstrate experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or sales analysis within technology or SaaS environments.
- Use CRM and data visualisation tools to interpret trends and inform enablement actions.
- Collaborate effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to align enablement priorities.
- Deliver and support training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Apply knowledge of enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or WorkRamp.
- Bring experience from sales development or inside sales roles.
- Possess understanding of lead lifecycle management and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
