Reporting to the Head of EMEA & APAC, the Head of EMEA Growth Markets will play a pivotal role in shaping this next chapter across the Benelux, Nordics, South Africa, METAP and South Europe. This is a high-impact executive leadership position responsible for scaling the business, accelerating AI‑led solution adoption, and expanding our enterprise footprint across the region.

About The Team

The EMEA Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth across our growth markets. The team includes Sales Managers, Account Executives, and cross‑functional partners across Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Product. As part of the broader EMEA Senior Leadership Team, the Head of EMEA Growth Markets plays a pivotal role in regional strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and representing the voice of the Growth markets in company‑wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the growth markets regions go‑to‑market strategy aligned with EMEA growth objectives.
  • Establish and drive KPI targets to exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Lead and coach Sales Managers and Account Executives to maximize performance and accountability.
  • Build and scale a high‑performing, target‑driven sales organization.
  • Expand new customer acquisition across prioritized enterprise and growth segments.
  • Strengthen executive‑level relationships with key customers and strategic prospects.
  • Implement structured sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC and disciplined Salesforce usage.
  • Drive accurate forecasting through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Align closely with Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and develop new high‑growth propositions to accelerate revenue expansion.
  • Represent the regions in executive forums, public relations activities, and government affairs when required.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top‑tier sales talent to support continued regional expansion.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative sales culture aligned with company values.

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of scaling enterprise software sales organizations.
  • Show deep expertise in Contact Center, UCaaS, SaaS, and consumption‑based sales models.
  • Deliver consistent success in enterprise‑wide B2B solution selling environments.
  • Inspire, develop, and retain high‑performing sales leaders and teams.
  • Execute complex deal strategies involving networking, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Operate effectively in fast‑growing, high‑change environments.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align strategy across marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Grasp new technologies quickly and translate them into commercial opportunity.
  • Exhibit strong executive presence and the ability to engage C‑level stakeholders.
