Zoom is seeking an experienced Implementation professional to drive high-volume customer onboarding from kickoff to launch. You will lead architecture discovery, configure CRM integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot), and guide GTM tooling to align with customers’ sales and marketing workflows.
You will manage multiple concurrent engagements, surface patterns to improve playbooks, and work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful outcomes.
