Bonsai (now part of Zoom) is looking for a Digital Marketing Generalist to help drive customer acquisition and growth through hands‑on campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to learn and grow. You’ll join a small, dynamic marketing team based in our London office, working closely with cross‑functional partners to build and scale campaigns that make a measurable impact. This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure across digital marketing channels while contributing to high‑impact growth initiatives.
You’ll experience the best of both worlds: startup energy with Zoom backing—high ownership, fast iteration, and the chance to influence a product used by thousands of businesses worldwide. Work in a high‑ownership, fast‑paced environment with the support of a global brand, gaining broad exposure across digital marketing disciplines. Be part of a growing London team shaping the next phase of Bonsai’s expansion, with the opportunity to learn, experiment, and grow your career in a collaborative, AI‑forward environment.
About the Team
Bonsai is a SaaS platform (now part of Zoom) that helps agencies and professional services manage their entire business in one place—from proposals and contracts to invoicing, payments, projects, and time tracking. We reduce operational friction so small businesses can focus on meaningful work instead of admin.
What you’ll do
- Support paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Create and test ad assets using tools like Figma or Canva, with a strong eye for what performs in paid social.
- Build and optimise landing pages using our internal tools (AI‑assisted coding experience is a plus).
- Collaborate on campaign strategy and execution, helping to manage budgets and track performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Experiment with AI tools to streamline creative production and campaign workflows.
- Analyse campaign data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and iterate for better results.
- Contribute to new channel launches and help shape our growth playbook from the ground up.
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or paid media.
- Exposure to paid media across multiple platforms (not deep specialization required).
- Startup or small company experience, where you’ve built campaigns from scratch and worn multiple hats.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to learn and experiment (no mastery required).
- Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to balance design sensibility and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Growth potential—someone eager to take on additional responsibilities after six months as the team expands.
