What you can expect
We are looking for a Channel Field Sales Operations to join our Channel Center of Excellence team. This role is focused on driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across our EMEA partner ecosystem. This position supports the channel sales organization by optimizing planning, forecasting, and execution to improve sales productivity and partner success.
About the Team
You’ll collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure our go-to-market strategy resonates across diverse markets, delivering meaningful impact and measurable growth. In this role, you’ll have the chance to influence regional strategy and shape scalable solutions that help our channel partners thrive across EMEA.
Responsibilities

Partnering with EMEA sales leadership to shape and implement regional strategies that improve sales effectiveness through channel partners.

Analyzing sales metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and sales cycle to uncover trends, risks and opportunities across countries and partner types.

Delivering actionable and accurate sales reporting that provides insights, highlights gaps, and recommends solutions.

Improving productivity by streamlining sales processes while evaluating regional tools and platforms to support operational scalability.

Leveraging data to identify performance bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across channel processes.

Designing and implementing effective territory models and quota frameworks tailored to regional market dynamics and partner landscapes.

Supporting sales incentive (SPIFF) programs through performance tracking, reporting, and internal communication to ensure program success.
What we’re looking for

Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field

6+ years of experience in sales operations within a high-growth technology company

Have good expertise in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau)

Have good experience supporting or working within EMEA markets, with an understanding of regional business nuances, partner ecosystems, and compliance requirements.

Have good analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to use data for strategic decision-making.

Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and provide actionable insights.

Have good experience working effectively across cultures, time zones and functions in a matrixed global organization.
