The role: As part of the Zoom ecosystem, Workvivo aims to grow awareness, adoption, and deployment of its platform. The successful candidate will be part of the Employee Experience (EXP) team, working to expand our presence within current Zoom customers and act as a market evangelist to new prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious revenue targets in a key growth region for Workvivo
- Manage Upmarket sales cycles (500-5k employees), including lead generation, customer engagement, business case development, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing teams to increase brand awareness
- Partner with regional Zoom teams and Solutions Consulting to understand customer pain points and demonstrate solutions
- Deliver engaging product demos, provide industry insights, and run effective business meetings
- Support customers during evaluation processes
- Develop and execute territory and account plans
- Manage pipeline and forecast accurately
- Contribute feedback to Product Team for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior sales team members
