Responsibilities

Developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.

Monitoring sales metrics, analysing performance data, and implementing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

Preparing regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for executive leadership. Cultivating and maintaining solid relationships with Channel Partners, Global/Regional Integrators, and key stakeholders.

Working across the EMEA region, leveraging your network to establish new business opportunities. Coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organisational objectives.

Demonstrating deep knowledge of the full Zoom platform with specific focus on Contact Center and UCaaS solutions.

Articulating compelling value propositions and addressing customer pain points effectively.

Staying informed of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and customer insights. Collaborating with marketing, product management, and other internal teams.

What we’re looking for

Have studied Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

10 years of experience in sales leadership with proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.

Possess understanding of contact centre/UCaaS technologies, industry trends, and customer needs.

Able to build and maintain strategic relationships with multi-regional Systems Integrators and key partners.

Demonstrate communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
