Responsibilities
- Building end-to-end data models and analytics infrastructure that track the full customer journey, power pipeline intelligence, and turn funnel data into actionable insights.
- Establishing a single source of truth across the Go-To-Market funnel through effective data governance, consistent metrics, and best-in-class compliance.
- Architecting scalable marketing automation frameworks and workflows that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Optimizing lead management, scoring, qualification, routing, and demand generation execution using data-backed insights.
- Developing predictive models, forecasting frameworks, and leading indicators to assess pipeline health, identify risk, and guide resource allocation.
- Creating advanced attribution models that quantify marketing impact across multiple channels on revenue and long-term customer value.
- Owning the marketing technology ecosystem, including integrations, vendor relationships, and ongoing optimization.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Customer Success to enable seamless handoffs, expansion tracking, forecasting, and adoption of new tools and processes.
What we’re looking for
- Bring 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment, with prior experience in the Data Analyst sector.
- Leverage advanced hands-on expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and Go-To-Market platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred).
- Build data models, dashboards, attribution frameworks, and predictive insights that drive meaningful business decisions.
- Design scalable, efficient operational processes that support high-growth revenue teams.
- Apply an analytical mindset to translate complex data into clear, actionable stories.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer success in a cross-functional environment.
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders through effective project management and organizational skills.
- Explore advanced analytics, forecasting, and automation tools, including BI platforms, data languages (SQL/Python), planning tools, B2B SaaS metrics, and AI-powered capabilities.
