Zoom are recruiting for full time ongoing contract HGV 1 Drivers for our UK Manufacturing client based out of Rugby delivering construction supplies. The work is bulk trunk runs and work is guaranteed Monday to Friday each week with a 2 week training programme for onboarding which is fully paid. Both days and night shifts available.
HGV Driver Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles during shifts Days & Nights
- Adhere to legal requirements, including the use of Digi Cards, vehicle defect reporting, and compliance with the Working Time Directive (35–60 hours per week averaged over the agreed reference period of 48 hours).
- Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety for yourself and your colleagues.
- Comply with company's Health, Safety & Environmental guidelines, including the use of PPE and adherence to driver guidelines.
HGV 1 Driver Requirements:
- Previous Class 1 Driving Experience
- Valid C + E Driving Licence.
- Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification.
- Possession of a valid Digi Card.
